Mr. Yonah (Harif) Welker is a public technologist, prev. the Ministry of AI, offices for emerging technologies and tech transfer (EMEA-Mediterranean), evaluator, rapporteur to the EU Commission-funded projects, Eurasian-Atlantic technology initiatives, cohorts and exchanges. Mr. Welker’s work spans the early 2000s (Hardwaretech). Mr. Welker’s works were referenced in Washington and Brussels and contributed to the technology repositories, taxonomies, and frameworks, including the UN- and OECD-related institutions and reports, working groups (such as the Codes of Practice, Critical and Digital Infrastructure). Mr. Welker has provided over a hundred appearances and commentary, curated cohorts, programs, and summits of technology for public contexts.
